**All professional fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) for clients residing in Canada and U.S. dollars (USD) for clients residing outside Canada.

  • Immigration Eligibility & Strategy Assessment – $500
    Comprehensive assessment of your potential eligibility for Canadian permanent residence, including education/ECA, language results, work experience and NOC classification, and relevant Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), and other applicable permanent residence pathways. For couples, both profiles may be assessed to determine the stronger potential principal applicant.

    If you retain Alexandria Immigration Services for an eligible permanent residence pathway within 30 days of receiving your assessment, the $500 assessment fee will be credited toward the applicable professional fee.


  • Express Entry – Canadian Experience Class – $3,500 (principal applicant)

    Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications are not included in the Express Entry professional fee. If a PNP pathway becomes available and the client is eligible to proceed, the applicable professional fees will be discussed and confirmed separately based on the requirements and application process of the specific province or territory.

    Additional fees:
    $1,000/spouse or common-law partner
    $750/dependent child

  • Express Entry – Federal Skilled Worker Program – $3,500 (principal applicant)

    Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications are not included in the Express Entry professional fee. If a PNP pathway becomes available and the client is eligible to proceed, the applicable professional fees will be discussed and confirmed separately based on the requirements and application process of the specific province or territory.

  • Family Sponsorship

    • Spousal Sponsorship – $3,200

    • Common-Law Partner Sponsorship – $4,000

    • Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship – $1,500 per applicant

  • Visitor Visas & Super Visas

    • Super Visa – $1,000 per applicant

    • Visitor Visa – $550

    • Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) – $150

  • Study & Work Permits

    • Study Permit – Initial Application – $750

    • Study Permit – Application After Refusal + ATIP Request – $1,500

    • Study Permit Extension – $550

    • Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) – $750

  • Permanent Residence & Citizenship

    • Permanent Resident (PR) Card Renewal – $750

    • Citizenship Application – $1,300

  • File Review

    Starting at $600 – Includes up to 4 hours of professional review

    This service is designed for clients who are comfortable preparing and submitting their own application but would like a professional review before submission.

    The review helps identify missing information, inconsistencies, potential concerns, and documentation gaps that could affect the completeness or assessment of the application.

    The standard fee includes up to 4 hours of professional review time. If additional review time is required due to the size or complexity of the application, additional time will be billed at $150 per hour, with the client’s approval before additional charges are incurred.

    The scope and time required may vary depending on the application type, complexity, volume of documentation, previous refusals, or other immigration concerns.

  • Fees listed as “starting at” are based on standard applications and may vary depending on individual circumstances, application complexity, previous refusals, and the scope of services required.

  • Professional fees do not include applicable taxes, government processing fees, biometrics, medical examinations, police certificates, language testing, Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) fees, translations, or other third-party expenses unless otherwise stated.
